Planned Sniper deployment

I'm heading out to Palm Springs for a family party today. Tagged soldiers are already in my car; will deploy somewhere -- perhaps detour to 29 Palms, perhaps the entrance to Joshua Tree -- but the message can't stop. We can't wait for holidays only.

Peace.

Make sure you have pleanty of rope and gloves for the troops. That rock out there is like 3 mil grit sandpaper.

Fight on Diva.

We can't wait for holidays only. Mt sentiments exactly. I plan on doing this all summer long, maybe forever! (Time to invest in Chinese plastic injection molding companies)

Didn't do Joshua Tree -- but did deploy in 29 Palms -- no photos -- I just had visions of myself being arrested and calling from a federal prison "um, Cat? I'm in jail for deploying plastic soldiers with anti-war statments on them -- can't make the party."

So I put them in a gas station snack area. Bought snacks. Hightailed it out of there.

Lew, Diva...me too. Got one planned for this week. A question though: What should be the next coordinated deployment? July 4th? This is what Windspike and I discussed briefly. What do you think?

Yes, Kvatch. July 4th should be a coordinated deployment. I'll be spending a lot of time at the South Bay Roundup for AA -- that will be interesting, as I defy one of our traditions.

I'm in for July 4. I think it's a good idea to initiate a two-pronged attack. Random placements by motivated Kommandos acting individually and massive, well p[ublicisized deployments. Let's let 'em see us coming, and let's surprise em too.

I think July 4th is perfect.

I'm also for as many deployments as possible in places like Palm Springs. I have a feeling our deployments here in the Bay Area are mostly preaching to the choir.

Let's see...I do agree. The Fourth, Independence day is perfect for another mass deployment. I don't know about the Bay Area as preaching to the choir. There are still a large number of republican types living in the area...Schultz lives there, remember.

But perhaps we should encourage deployments that cross town, state, and even international borders....no?

I agree completely.

Yes, the fourth sounds good. heading for the beach at Grand Haven where the annaul fireworks display draws in tens of thousands. Onward kommandos!

the 4th is perfect. I want to leave a bunch at the warehouse that sells fireworks in Riverside County, if possible. I'd love to go back to Tom's Farms too because apparently a wingnut got all bent out of shape about it last time!
